All birds BAR. Two perched together on water dish that was turned over, unable to
visulize bands under fluff. Hissing and clacking at me. Other bird perched on ramp,
also clacking. Unable to see band on this bird either. removed LOs due to ants and
dropped new food.

Veterinary Exam, Right Tarsometarsus, Soft Tissue Focal Puncture Wound:

Patient restrained manually for exam. There is a 3 mm open, focal puncture wound present on cranial aspect of right tarsometarsus area mid point. The soft tissues appear healthy. A small amount of clear serous drainage present.
Cleansed the area with chlorhexidine. Dried and then applied small amount of soft tissue adhesive to the area to close the dermis. The area closed well. No bandage required.

Plan: Start Amoxi-Clav today for 5 day duration. Gave first dose orally at time of exam.
No need for pain relief as this is a mild wound and superficial.

BAR and feisty through exam. Has not yet eaten AM food. Bruising and small, scabbed wounds on L metacarpal but no fx palpated. Scrubbed with chlorhex. Light bruising and small puncture wound on medial R TBT, muscle visible; cleaned well and applied silver gel/telfa/tega.
